All IRCA & EPSR Advanced Professional Support begins with a 30-minute Practice Fit & Scope Call. This call is a required entry point and is part of the overall service. Its purpose is to ensure clarity, proportionality, and ethical alignment before any paid professional support is offered.

The Practice Fit & Scope Call is used to:

Understand your assessment context (IRCA, EPSR, jurisdiction)

Identify priority areas where professional support may be helpful

Determine whether our services are an appropriate fit

The Practice Fit & Scope Call does not include:

Case-specific consultation or advice

Review of reports or interview questions

Legal or clinical guidance

This support is relevant to Black and racialized practitioners working in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and other Canadian jurisdictions where race-based and systemic context assessments are used in sentencing and justice processes.

This service does not include certification, legal advice, report writing on behalf of assessors, or therapeutic counselling. All support is provided within a professional development and reflective practice scope.
